I will be posting my battle here with Telus Mobility. I want them to get as much bad publicity as they possibly can. I have already contacted the “right” people as I had a call from the Office of the President this morning, Shawn, and I must call him back in the next day or so. Sucks with it being the holiday…
Anyways, please PLEASE post here if you have had problems with Telus Mobility or you are in battle with them right now.

Hi, Im having similar issues with telus and would like any contact numbers and or emails you may have so that I may get help. I cant handle them anymore what they did to me was wrong.
Long story short I had the BB curve lots of issues lots of calls and trips into town to get working properly, months past in between each week new issue ..finally got a bill from them it was wrong, they said they’d re-mail it and eventually the did. by the time I got the new bill (bare in mind 3mths of service with no bill grrr..called lots) called the customer service billing line to verify amount on bill asked if there was interest oweing being that it was late they said no, I left after the call to pay the bill stopped in at the main office to give them the bill with the teller stamp on it showing date paid they faxed a copy of it off to the billing department. My phone never did get turned back on and why it was shut off in the first place is beyond me considering payment issue was there fault not mine, got home an hour later got a call from the credit bureau …Telus sent me no late payment notice, the customer service rep said it was fine to pay the bill, I paid the bill and the same day credit bureau is calling wtf is up with that for months my phone wasnt working right and getting shut off once a week because of their stupid faulty data plan not working right with my phone they resolved many issues and I still had on going so for months I suffered then they finally bill me its wrong I have to wait for a new first bill then they say I can pay it I pay the same day I talk to them and Im in the credit bureau when I get home. I dont get how thats legal. Telus wont talk to me cause they say they cant cause im in collections the collections wont help me. How is it legal to not get a late bill notice or a letter informing you of their course of action which none of this is my fault So yeah you can say I HATE TELUS for ruining my credit. Faulty phone leads to credit bureau with no notice!!!!!!!

I have had problems with Telus lately. It took a nasty email from myself to finally get access to their detailed billing. I was being billed for things I had no clue what they were.
I have been in nursing school for the last year, and am so broke that it got to the point where I just had trouble paying my cell phone bill, hey, feed my kid or pay for my cell phone. I even told them that.
I called to see if they could lower my monthly bill, and was told “we are a company”, that customer care team member got rude with me, to the point of yelling at me.
I have had a few emails with them now (lesson learned get it in writing) and their most recent email was so infuriating and belittling that I have my mind made up to do the same thing you are here. Expose their lousy customer service, all over the internet. I will be forwarding this email to their president.
The first few lines of this email read as follows
“Hello Christine,
I regret that you are dissatisfied with the cost of the service provided.
Wireless service is still a luxury, and though TELUS makes every attempt to make it financially available to more and more people, if one can not afford the service they should consider not renewing long term agreements for it.”
need to read more? I had to renew my contract last year, because my daughter’s phone went whacko, and it was either pay for nothing, or get a new free phone. At the time, yes I could afford my bill. Circumstances change.
I have been a telus customer for 12 years, and always paid my bills on time, until recently I was having problems.
I can’t use my phone, nor can my daughter, so Im basically paying $75 per month for nothing.
I will succeed. I would buy out, just to be rid of them, but can’t at the moment. 2 years, it’s a long time to wait.
